IARD is an independent secular non-governmental and non-profit development organization in Sierra Leone. IARD is a non-profit company registered and incorporated under the laws of Sierra Leone through the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). It has its registered office in Kabala, Koinadugu/Falaba District, and can operate nationally.

IARD has a dedicated professional team of multi-disciplinary background with experience in training, development and education; research, advocacy and consultancy; and community and rural development livery activities within governments and among development partner community in the development landscape of Sierra Leone.
